Opportunity
Pearson is the world’s learning company, with expertise in educational courseware and assessment as well as a range of teaching and learning services – all powered by technology. They intended to create an adaptive learning experience that would empower teachers and students in rising markets in order to remain competitive.
Approach
To create a cross-platform experience for mobile, tablet, and desktop, we collaborated with stakeholders, educators, and developers. We began by drawing upon recent, in-depth consumer insights provided by IDEO. We adopted a lean design methodology that put an emphasis on fundamental user requirements, adaptable learning content, and various teaching philosophies.
